Payment Information
Our preferred payment method is online via SCOPAY
SCOPAY is used to make payments for refectory accounts, trips, and school events.
The website can be accessed at: www.scopay.com/bramhall
If you are not already registered for online payments, you will need a link code, which can be requested via email:
For guidance on using the SCOPAY system, please refer to the help guide linked below:
If you require any further assistance, please contact us finance@bramhallhigh.stockport.sch.uk
Please note that the SCOPAY refectory balance updates once daily, so recent payments or spending may not appear immediately. Students can view their up-to-date balance in the refectory when making a purchase and are responsible for ensuring their account remains in credit. We do not provide an overdraft facility; however, if a student unexpectedly has no credit and has no food during the school day, they should speak to a member of staff. In such circumstances, a sandwich will be provided free of charge, and the account must be topped up before the following day.
All payments should be made via SCOPAY. Although we can accept cash payments if necessary, SCOPAY is the preferred method. If paying by cash, please ensure it is placed in a sealed envelope clearly labelled with your child’s name, form group, amount enclosed and the purpose of the payment (e.g. dinner money or trip name)
Cash payments should be posted by students into the appropriate post box located on the main office corridor.
For students eligible for free school meals, the daily allowance is 60p for breakfast/break time and £3.46 for lunch. These amounts do not roll over to the next day.
Please note - Accounts must still be topped up to cover any spending beyond these allowances.
